I have been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western Districst of Texas, the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

I have never been subjected to disciplinary action by any court or agency, and no disciplinary action or investigation of my conduct is currently pending.
