ERISA Disability Claims

What is ERISA?

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) is a federal law that sets minimum standards for most voluntarily established pension, welfare and health plans in private industry. Long-term disability plans are considered welfare plans.

ERISA is not something every attorney should attempt to practice without research and experience. As a potential client it is important that your attorney have experience in ERISA and ERISA litigation.

Brininger LTD began practicing ERISA [YEAR] and has been practicing ERISA exclusively beginning [YEAR].
